• For the client who wants full implementation by StyleCo as they do not have the time or inclination to participate in the staging process

What's Included

• A 1-2 hour consultation, including a room by room evaluation detailing which rooms require staging, and what is needed to stage and prepare each room, to ensure the home is market ready

• A report detailing full implementation requirements is provided to the homeowner within a specified timeline

• This report will include: staging and de-staging, associated furniture rental costs, furniture, art & accessory placement, and any trades where required. (Please note: all rental and trade costs are provided under separate cover)

• StyleCo will ensure full action plan is professionally executed and the home is ready for market
